11. What’s your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a small fee to cover prep time and lost availability.

We monitor weather conditions closely. Light rain typically doesn’t affect our work, but if conditions become unsafe or would impact the quality of the job, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost.
